Acre Wood is a registered private company aiming to deliver high-quality person-centered support packages for young people aged 16-21 including care leavers. We provide support for young people including those with challenging behaviour and/or emotional needs in a semi-independent setting.

Acre Wood Housing believe all young people are equipped with the opportunity to develop, grow and build independence skills to enable them to reach their full potential. We are passionate about making positive changes to young people’s lives and we provide a safe environment enabling young people to build lasting positive relationships and flourish.

At Acre Wood we believe that everyone should be entitled to live in decent and safe accommodation; whilst getting as much help and support as you need to move towards independence.
